Contacts must be appropriate for people and machines
When changing use, it is important to decide what the addressee means: a particular employee, a car or a work post. The name in the address book should help you choose the right recipient. If the terminal stays in the car and the crews change, this should be taken into account in the accepted order of communication. The same name should not hide different roles.
For the purchase, it is enough to describe a few real conversations: who is being called, who answers and what the result is expected. On the agreed check confirm their passage between the intended subscribers. Checking whether a device is turned on or a group name appears on the screen does not replace checking the service on the network.
Individual call and privacy - different issues
The word “individual” refers to addressing a conversation. From it it is impossible to infer the presence of end-to-end encryption, the absence of event registration or recording by means of the dispatch system. If the information requires some protection, the customer sets these conditions separately to the network manager. Do not replace such a task with one call mode in the menu.
Also, you should not promise that the selected terminal will simultaneously replace a full-fledged dispatching application. Multi-group work, journaling, and other workplace requirements are discussed independently. The MTM5200 may be part of the system, but the entire outcome depends on the hardware and infrastructure that is agreed upon.
