The useful result of such an annex is the clear origin of each position and the clear separation of the agreed composition and the proposed options.
Separate initial information and draft composition
For each line, save the model, number, purpose and fragment of the letter from which they are taken. If a customer has written “five jobs”, it does not determine the number of spare machines and accessories. Such decisions are framed as questions or options, not as confirmed requirements.
