Batteries for two shifts: ordering batteries and charging places
For two shifts, the number of batteries is determined by the delivery schedule of the two-way radio and the time to return the batteries to the ready reserve. The kit statement helps to order the PMNN4412 or PMNN4415AR for the real load of the crew, take into account charging places and distribute the reserve to compatible equipment groups.

First, count the simultaneously working sets.
Start with a two-way radio number that is issued to employees at the same time. If the first shift is still working, and the second is already receiving equipment, there is a separate need for the period of crossing. It is important to distinguish between radio, working batteries and ready-made backup batteries: these are three lines of the statement, not one total number.
Then write down how many devices remain in the posts continuously and how many return to the cabinet. For round-the-clock workspace and two-way radio, issued only for short rounds, the order of use may differ. Initial data is collected from the liaison officer and shift managers; calculation based only on the number of employees easily gives an unnecessary or insufficient set.
An example of calculation without promises of working time
Consider the conditional object: in each of the two shifts, eight two-way radios work, employees transfer equipment to each other. The customer has already checked on his mode that his serviceable agreed battery is enough for one shift. This is an introductory example condition, not a characteristic of PMNN4412 or PMNN4415AR.
If the next shift starts immediately, the first group of eight batteries goes to charge, and the second group remains in operation. For such an accepted circuit, sixteen working batteries are required for eight two-way radios. From them subtract suitable available batteries of the same compatible group. The additional reserve is recorded separately according to the requirements of the facility and the actual experience of substitutions.
Change the condition and the purchase will change. If the second shift is issued other units, their own agreed batteries will be required. If there is a sufficient break between the issues, the order of use may be different. Example numbers help build your payroll; they are not a substitute for checking how long a particular battery lasts and when it completes its normal charge.
Charging spaces should be in line with the schedule
The battery is considered a ready-made reserve after completed normal charging. Therefore, the schedule requires not only the issuance and refund, but also the time when the battery becomes available again. Duration is taken from the documentation of the charging kit used and checked for its batteries, without substituting one overall figure for all models.
If eight batteries are returned at the same time, and the base allows you to work with only a part of them, queues appear. They can be taken into account by sequential charging or agree on additional seats. In the KP specify the exact type of charging equipment, network adapters and the number of sets. Buying excess batteries does not always solve the shortage of ready-made reserve if the charging schedule remains the same.
Divide the park into compatible groups
Different Motorolas can work in one organization. For each group, write down the station model, the full battery and charging base code. PMNN4415 is given in Official Accessories Table DP2000 as NiMH 1400 mAh; data from PMNN4412 are given at page. This is not a reason to distribute any similar battery to all two-way radio companies.
Use simple group designations on the statement and when issuing: for example, the name of the unit and the code of the compatible kit. Labeling helps the employee take the desired battery; the factory label remains readable. The organization chooses the order of accounting and designation, based on its work process.
What to include in the application for replenishment
For each group, specify the two-way radios issued simultaneously, the number of batteries available, the planned workgroups, the individual reserve and the charging places. Attach photos of the markings. If some of the batteries are already decommissioned, note this separately: the number of devices in the cabinet does not mean the number of suitable work kits.
The PMNN4412 and PMNN4415AR are on the owner list, updated on October 7, 2026. Current available quantities are confirmed for order. When delivering to Novosibirsk or another city of Russia, specify the address of receipt and the desired schedule for the transfer of equipment. Separate batches by unit can be discussed in the KP, retaining the full composition of each compatible group.
Agree the set to your schedule
Send the paperwork to Request a quote. In the letter, specify PMNN4412 or PMNN4415ARModels of your two-way radio and charging equipment. If the full code is not yet installed, attach photos and ask for approval before ordering.
So the supplier will be able to prepare a quotation for batteries and the necessary charging components with the number, availability and term. The work schedule remains part of the customer’s task and helps you choose a set without promising the same battery life.
Questions before ordering
Do two shifts always require two batteries for every two-way radio?
The amount is calculated according to the schedule of issuance and charging, the work of a specific set and the available reserve. Two groups in the article are a conditional example with these introductory ones.
Can I put different batteries in a common reserve?
The reserve statement is divided into compatible groups: a two-way radio model, a full battery article and a charging base.
How to order a refill if part of the batteries is already available?
Specify suitable available batteries, schedule requirements and separate reserve. Before ordering, agree on the codes, quantity and terms.
Goods for order approval
Request a battery for the full code and model of your two-way radio. The other article is treated as a separate agreed option; the actual availability, compatibility and scope of supply are confirmed in the CP.

Replacement, return of devices and number of charging places
For a warehouse in Yekaterinburg, it is useful to describe not only the number of radios, but also the movement of sets between employees. Which devices are returned at the same time, what remains at the duty station and where the provided reserve is stored - these data help to make a statement of the charging fleet. The duration of operation of a particular battery cannot be assigned only by the duration of the shift.
For the repair base on Kama, models of batteries and chargers that are already in use are taken into account separately. With a new order, the full composition is fixed: the charging base, power supply and accessories of the selected configuration. If devices of different series come to the same room, their compatibility is considered separately. So the purchase does not turn into a set of seemingly similar glasses that lack the right adapters.
